Jamaican Jerk Seasoning​

Use on Chicken, Pork, Fish and Beef

Ingredients: Onion, garlic, sea salt, spices, brown Sugar, Chilies.

Mix 1/2 cup hot water with 2 Tbsp Jamaican Jerk; add 1 Tbsp lime juice and 1 Tbsp spiced rum.  Marinate 2-3 hours and bake or grill.
